When designing a integrated system for our customer, RMSS will supply our clients with wiring diagrams, manuals of installed products, and a 1 year warranty maintenance of completed system, (providing what the contract indicates). Technical Services
Here at RMSS, our goal is to provide ongoing maintenance and repair of our clients’ integrated presentation systems. By providing the highest level of expertise in proper maintenance, troubleshooting, timely diagnosing and repairing of integrated presentation systems, RMSS will accomplish most tasks presented to them of the clients’ integrated system.
RMSS will provide around the clock availability. We will attempt to ensure minimal system downtime and failure or our clients.
